Every Australian has their favourite; a warming chicken pie, a hearty beef pie or a fresh tasty, vegetarian pie. Fred Parker knows a truly great Australian pie must have the delight of a light, crisp golden pastry crust holding generous tasty fillings.

Parker Pies, a family owned and run business, was established by Fred and Bernadette Parker in 1996. It is now one of the most ‘PIEconic’ businesses in Rutherglen building their reputation on their range of dangerously delicious pies, genuine country hospitality and great coffee!

Rutherglen business ‘PIE-o-neer’, Fred Parker employs 17 local residents to staff a business that sells over 250 000 pies and pastries per year! Those who know Fred know that he is a man of great generosity, passion and vision who loves his shop, his pies, his family and ‘has his finger in many pies’ when it comes to supporting the Rutherglen community.

All products are available dine in or takeaway with the ever popular Ready To Bake range also available.

Parker Pies are open 7 days a week, from 8:00 - 4:30 weekdays, 8:00 - 5:00 Saturday and 9:00 - 4:00 Sunday.

Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, Anzac Day (subject to change).
