Spacious & Comfortable Cottage Accommodation

Here at the Upper Murray Resort, there are a total of 16 self-contained Cottages.

Our accommodation is spread over the 180 acres to afford you maximum privacy if this is your wish, or we have other cottages grouped around the sunset swimming pool which are perfect for family gatherings. You will also enjoy our daily visitors of kangaroos ,wombats and other wildlife and an abundance of birds that call the Upper Murray Resort Home.

All linen is provided except for pool towels, as well as the day to day essentials including your own BBQ to make your breakaway as comfortable and hassle free as possible.

4 - Double storey, three bedroom Cottages. (Sleeps 8)
12 - Single storey, 2 bedroom Spa cottages. (Sleeps 6)
Plus there are also 4 studio motel units. (Sleeps 1-3)

Facilities

As well as our spacious and comfortable accommodation, we have 2 swimming pools - one with a heated outdoor spa, tennis court, canoe hire in the warmer months, and we are located next to the Walwa golf course. As we are situated on 180 acres there are no shortage of bushwalking and birdwatching and mountainbike tracks to enjoy at your leisure.

Pet Friendly

You are welcome to bring the family dog with you to holiday in one of our cottages at the Upper Murray Resort. (Not suitable for the Motel Units.)

Catering

Cater for yourself in the comfort of your cottage or alternately we can deliver a meal to you to enjoy in front of the fire. We can also provided BBQ packs, Gourmet platters, as well as Breakfast provisions.

Weddings, Functions & Conferences

The Wildwood Function & Conference Centre is so much more than just a room.... There are four function areas of varying size, two with open fireplaces, Courtyards & Gardens, combine all of that with spectacular views, mouth water food from our resident chef, accommodation and activities on site and your personal function /conference co-ordinator.The Upper Murray Resort is the perfect destination for your Wedding or the ideal location for your next Conference, Workshop or Special Occasion.

Canoe Hire

The Upper Murray Resort offers self-guided canoe hire. Our 2 person canoes offer a fantastic way to enjoy the Upper Murray River and surroundings. we offer 1, 3, or 6 hour hire as well as overnight hire of our canoes . Canoe hire starts at $45.00 for a one hour hire from Walwa. After being fitted out with lifejackets and given safety instructions we drive you up river to your designated drop of point to take your time and paddle back to to pebble beach which is located just below the Resort. A picnic and swim to break up your trip is alway nice on a hot summers day. 02 60371226
