All Saints Estate is one of Australia’s original wineries, established in 1864 and situated in the Rutherglen Wine Region in Victoria. Owners Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown produce regionally distinctive, handcrafted table wines and world-renowned fortifieds. All Saints is also home to gourmet providore, Indigo Food Co. with a large selection of cheese, gourmet treats and gifts. At ‘one hat’ Terrace Restaurant, Chef Simon Arkless and his team create inspired seasonal menus using premium, locally sourced ingredients.
