Holbrook Submarine
Holbrook is a popular country town where visitors can stop, relax and unwind when travelling to and from Albury Wodonga.
The unusual inland landmark of the Holbrook Submarine has been place of interest since it was erected in 1997.
The inland submarine is a fitting memorial to those brave men who serve and have served in submarines in both war and peace.
In addition to the Submarine, Holbrook is now home to a Submarine Museum housing photographs, submarine components and mock areas of the submarine interior such as engine room, galley and living quarters and is definitely worth a visit.
Holbrook is around 40 minutes drive north of Albury.
