Successful local Albury courier business rebrands to Aramex

Albury residents may have noticed some fresh-looking delivery vans on the roads recently as locally owned and operated Fastway Couriers successfully rebrands to Aramex.

Aramex, a global leader in transportation and technology acquired the Fastway Couriers network in 2016. The rebrand marks the natural evolution of the transition.
 
Aramex Albury Regional Franchisee Luke Arcus says it’s an exciting time for both his team and customers.
 
“As Aramex Albury we bring a unique advantage to the region – we offer a range of local and national delivery options combined with personalised customer service,” says Luke.
 
“Aramex is a leader in logistics globally. We have the support we need to meet the delivery needs of Albury customers and provide the best logistics solutions for our region.”
 
The rebrand to Aramex came in the wake of the business’ busiest Christmas period yet, with the national Aramex delivery network reporting almost half a million more parcels were delivered in December than what was delivered in December 2018.  It also presents exciting opportunities for local residents and businesses looking to capitalise on online retail in 2020.

“We have seen a consistent increase in deliveries within the Albury region recently driven by the growing local appetite for online retail. With more locals taking advantage of online shopping we are expecting this trend to continue in 2020,” says Luke.
 
“Our rebrand to Aramex provides some wonderful opportunities for any local residents and businesses looking to take advantage of the growing e-commerce market,” adds Luke.
 
Aramex Australia Chief Executive Peter Lipinski says the business is very pleased with the rebrand to Aramex in Albury.
