More and more people are talking about recovery and mental health issues, but what does this actually mean? In this course, we explore a few different ways of thinking about recovery. We’ll also look at some ideas for living well while experiencing the things our society calls mental ill-health.

Mind Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing - Wodonga is delighted to offer this course from the award winning Mind Recovery College team. This course is open to people with NDIS plans as well as the general public. The spaces for the general public are on a fee-for-service basis. Anyone who is interested could come into the local Wodonga office or call us @ the number below.
